The purpose of the Team Manager Program is two-fold; (1) extend the sense of team beyond the players to the parents as well, and (2) help take some of the logistical “work load” off the coaching staff, allowing them to focus on instruction and player development. 

Responsibilities for Team Managers include: 

  • Developing and Distributing the Team Roster
  • Handle team photos (photographer coordination, distribution and collection of envelopes)
  • Collect game day photos for website
  • Coordinate fundraising and extra curricular activities (Raffle tickets, Spaghetti dinner, Jersey gathering)
  • Coordinate a meet-&-greet Tailgate before or after the first game (and other potential off-the-field events) 
  • Contact and organize with cheerleading coach for the making of banners and cheerleader acknowledgement by players at last game 
  • Organize game day announcement (primarily for playoffs and championships) 

Typically the team manager is the wife of a coach, but any interested person can volunteer to help.
