PARENTS MEETING FOR THE TED GINN TOURNAMENT

(Held: Monday Nov 18th, 7:45P, HS stadium field house)

• The Bus is scheduled to leave the High School's Upper Parking Lot at 9:30 am, Friday 11/28/08.  Everyone was asked to be there by 9:15 a.m. at the very latest
• Snacks and drinks for the bus rides to-and-from Cleveland as well as lunch for Friday and Saturday will be provided.  There will also be a "Hospitality Room" available at the Hotel for the boys that will also have healthy drinks and snacks available.  Food is being coordinated by Becky Curran if your son has any allergies or other dietary issues please contact her directly at cbcurran@verizon.net .  Additionally, if you would be able to volunteer to assist Becky please let her know.
• Everyone is asked to be appropriately prepared for extremely cold weather we have been told that the 8s and 9s will be playing inside but these things often change.  EACH PLAYER MUST BRING COLD WEATHER GEAR.
• Each player should bring two bags for the trip one for GEAR and one for CLOTHES.  The gear bags will be kept on the bus and the clothes bags will be kept in the Hotel room
  • GEAR BAG should include the following: full uniform, a heavy jacket (OVERSIZED TO GO OVER SHOULDER PADS AND HELMET), gloves, blanket, spare socks and any other cold gear required for extremely cold conditions.

• We will have a meeting with the players to discuss what is expected from them next week.
